I was on a multi state trip with grandkids and miles over an oil change for mt grand caravan. I found Tate autoplex un Carlsbad as a walk-in. They were fantastic even though they were busy and i had no appointment they fit me right in and completed the job in a short time. Even though they were not my nirmal dealership they were great and very friendly. Thank you for your fantastic service

I took my brand new 2020 CT4 Cadillac to team because it had a few circles in the paint .when I got my car back it had swirls on the hood and trunk and they refused to correct it. I will never take my car back there not for anything that comes to the exterior. They also said that they didn't do it and that was a BIG LIE!!!!!! ........THEY DON'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT DETAILING!!! Everything is good now we came to a resolution...thank you Team Cadillac Vallejo

If I had any questions, I had the option to call him and text him which is a nice feature instead of having to leave a message and possibly missing the return call. Brought my car in for service with no appointment, the service advisor Robert had a great attitude and took care of me right away. He then showed me a video of my car and a few things it needed. I was thoroughly impressed.

Not as friendly as in the past, almost callous attitude. Also did not receive a call letting me know my vehicle was done. Drove by dealership and saw vehicle parked in parking lot. None of this would have happened in the past.
