I had a less than satisfactory experience working with Johnny. He does NOT call with updates you have to call him or go down there. If you point this out to him he becomes very defensive while deflecting & projecting on you. Attempting to make you the customer the person in the wrong. I never was treated this way at Lithia, ever! The reason I gave your business an opportunity was a coworker (I work in Madera but live in Fresno) suggested it because of your pick up and delivery service. If I hadn’t been for Lee staying late and getting me I would have been stranded. Now we fast forward two months. I return for my transmission repair again seeing Johnny (reluctantly) he had my paperwork to repair my transmission. Did not tell me I didn’t have to pay for it I found this out by coming in to check on it (was supposed to be on on June 14th Ryan his supervisor informed me and I told him I had been paying for a rental and Ryan had Dan get me a rental from their own rental I had me return mine back to Enterprise. Again Johnny did not call with any updates I had to return to the dealership for an update.
Johnny leaves early and takes time off ( not that is a bad thing) but please call your customers. Your very attentive when your selling me additional goods and services then you forget to follow up. Both times I have come in. This would be zero starts if it hadn’t been for Dan, Lee and Ryan excellent service.
A little advice and constructive criticism if you want to know how to take of a customer do what Dan, Lee and Ryan are doing which is your job. You seem more qualified in selling used cars, telling people what they want to hear and being nice in the beginning of the transaction and then forgetting them and moving on to someone else after a sale has been made. You should know I am now out the money for a weeks worth of rental you could have either gotten covered or got me a car from your lot. The only reason this is a five star review is due to the fact your coworkers made it to be.
My advice to future customers, avoid Johnny ask for Dan or Lee.
