Thank you very much for your good service that you have provided on my Mercedes. I took my Mercedes 2004 CLK320 to a dealer for Mercedes repair, but decided to get a second opinion before getting the work done. That's when I went to see Mercedes Autotech. I was glad I did because not only did I save a lot of money, but I found that Mercedes Autotech explained to me in detail. It turns out I didn't need all the parts the other dealer were saying I needed, so I saved a lot of $. Mercedes Autotech is a real pro. they have my trust and I feel completely safe taking my Mercedes to Autotech. Thanks.

I went in to get an oil change and left with a car. Everyone was so nice very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Very helpful to get me the right payment number I wanted. And not to mention I had my 4 and 2 year old with me and kept offering them water balloons and other things to keep they occupied. Thanks again David, Josue and George for the great service even after they sold me the car still helping me with fun facts about my car.

I have been to this service department before in the past and was unwilling to go back, I received a coupon to have my vehicle serviced in the mail and figured I would try it again. When I arrived I was greeted and attended to promptly by the new Service Manager, Darren. He got my serviced and washed quickly while I waited. This dept. does not look the same at all since I was in the last time. The service here has turned around completely and I will definitely be back!
