The service department, especially Lori, took great care - Katie Rosser
The service department, especially Lori, took great care of us. She was great to work with and tried to be very accommodating.
However, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. When I went to retrieve my 2022 Yukon, it shook terribly. We found out later that it was not properly test-driven and needed new engine and transmission mounts. This was a major issue and something that was completely overlooked.
With parts on backorder for the Yukon for over a month, I was thankful to be loaned a vehicle to drive. I got a door ding in a parking lot the day before my car was finished. Upon returning and pointing out the dent, the collision department wanted to charge me to paint the whole side of the vehicle. When I expressed that I felt taken advantage of, they referred the car to a paint-free dent removal. Had I agreed to the original quote, I would have paid close to $1,000 more to paint the whole side of the vehicle than the dent removal cost. When my husband arrived to pay our bill within an hour of receiving it, "Mike Mumford, After Sales Director" wouldn't come out of his office to speak to him. Shame on this dealership for attempting to take advantage of its customers. With the exception of Lori, we were met with terrible customer service and a general lack of respect.
