Had a transfer box replaced right before my warranty was up at 50K. BMW had a bulletin on the item, I followed through, I was told that if it didn’t work, even if I was over the warranty they would replace. They made good on their word. My Tech Rep is Ray Silva. I’ve had a relationship with him since I bought the car and he has always had my back. For that matter, Bob Smith Bmw has had my back. Unfortunately, I also had another issue after my warranty expired, with my front differential. That was a huge expense, over $10,000 was quoted. I pleaded my case at 58,000 miles and again, my Tech Rep Ray Silva, stood behind me and took care of the issue. In this case, I did pay something but nothing near the original quoted amount. My experience with Ray Silva and Bob Smith Bmw has been nothing short of spectacular. Great service, returned, phone calls, and just general outstanding service. I highly recommend these guys.
