I have been waiting for my car 5 weeks and it was not finish I had to go twice to the vW dealership to finisher

I called three times asking about a pre-owned Porsche. My questions were incredibly basic, such as: May I please see the original window sticker or build sheet? Each time, I was promised someone would get back to me within a short period of time. That was over two weeks ago now. I gave up and the car continues to sit on their lot (where it has been for quite some time). Incredibly poor customer service and horrible business management.

This is the best auto repair shop I've taken my car to recently. The mechanic was able to repair quickly my engine that was the cause to come to Autocraft. I'm very thankful to them and I'll recommend this business because of their great service and affordable prices.

I almost never do online comments on a business. But here it is. I have been disappointed in most every auto repair experience I have had for 25 years. This service shop was so different, I could not believe it. The appointment was honored and my car was ready on time. It came in below the estimate, because what they thought might be worn brake rotor(?) was not worn out. The owner was monitoring every part of the service from the time I arrived and got a ride to BART, and during the repair he kept me informed, and I agreed to spend a LOT of money because they were so up-front about everything. They did more than you could ever ask for, so I am a very happy customer and my friends are going to hear about it! I drive a very expensive car (BMW) and I feel luck to have found Mike and his crew. Thank you Mike! Fantastic job, even if I am several thousand dollars poorer, it was just time to take care of a lot of little repairs.

I brought my X5 for service on Dec 27,2018 and Drago Tsytsyn was truly helpful, very knowledgeable and very professional . Service was smooth , competed in a very timely manner, sooner than I expected. Kudos to Drago & the Service Dept.

Took my 320i in to have the tires replaced battery - gayle

Took my 320i in to have the tires replaced battery replacement and reprogram battery, oil change etc. I went over the tires with the service writer letting him know that I wanted the same tires that were on the car when I purchased it from this dealership, which I stated that I want the same tires that are on it which were pirelli Runflats 225/50 R 17 W they put on v rated, not what I asked for, I was told that if you change the weight of the tires you have to reset the suspension well it does a bit of float on the front end, They power washed my 2016 8 year old 320 I sedan dual turbo, my head light in the front driver side is full off water they stated they power washed the c,aar so now waiting to here back on what they plan to do. the tps was not set on the the computer screen made excuses for water in the headlight, they said it would go away, NOT! the headlight needs to be fixed it is was not like that before. the rubber on all the lamps are like new.

Pajouh Automotive - formerly known as Courtesy Motors in Chico, CA - left my practically new car (7,500 miles) $100,000 BMW X5 M60i on their lot for an entire weekend with the driver window rolled down in the pouring rain. After a nearly 15 minute conversation with the owner, the operations manager and the service manager during which not one of them apologized, but instead insulted us by comparing 60+ hours of water intrusion to a “lifetime of getting in and out of the car with rain boots and an umbrella”, their solution was to dry the car with a heater and shop vac and return it to me. "These cars are made for this!" they said. Water intrusion damage can take months if not years to manifest and they know it. And yet just 4 days after the intrusion, the car reported an "urgent interior function" code - the driver restraint system was malfunctioning. We asked them to buy the car back. They said no. We asked for a replacement and the owner’s response was a snotty, “how do you know the replacement vehicle won’t have water damage?” My mission is to tell everyone, everywhere I can reach about their negligence and lack of accountability to take responsibility and do the right thing.

I have been with Nick Alexander BMW since 2017. I am still with Nick Alexander. The reason why is that their service advisors (when you bring your car in for service, etc.), and the work that is done. The service service advisor I have - Jeffrey Manarang - I cannot speak highly enough! He is professional, ensures that all my needs are meet, gives me excellent guidance of what should or not be done. Of important note is that when I have issue with something that has been done, he immediately doubles down to ensure that the correction is to my satisfaction - which it always is! Jeffrey is honest, his expertise cannot be surpassed, and ensures all my needs are meet, without question. Since I have had my BMWX3, I have always gone to Nick Alexander for the routine service required, as well as that which is not. The reason is Jeffrey Manarang! BMW of Downtown LA - you have a super star working for you and your customers - Jeffrey Manarang!

New purchase - Meatbuyer

This is my first opportunity to purchase a BMW from the Visalia dealership. They made everything a very smooth transaction. Agreed to payment terms on the phone. I love the option of not leaving my home and come to a mutual agreement to purchase a car. Visalia also delivered me the car and the paperwork which was about 45 miles away. Explained all the options, programmed the Bluetooth, programmed the garage remotes. I should of asked for a burger and fries. I think they would of stopped and got it for me! I highly recommend doing business with Ed Fuentes and BMW of Visalia.

No problems with the car, the people who sold it to me or service! I'm still waiting for touch up paint for a tiny spot on my rear bumper, the last I heard that is was on back order. I can live with that🎈🎈
