I took my car in for Service on Sept. 10th, and after two days I was informed they had not even looked at it. I needed it for the weekend so I picked it up. What is up with this? This is 100% no reflection on my advisor, Surjan; he was awesome. I want to know from the "service management team" why after two days my car was not looked at, I was told it could be another two days before that happened, so I picked it up. I have limited time on my extended warranty for a problem that crept up and I can't even get it fixed. I tried to make another appt. and was told they were backlogged three weeks out and likely the same type of services as before, 2-5 days before the diagnostic happened. I opted for an appt. five weeks out, one I could get a loaner for a week or more until they diagnose my car, and then fix the problem. I am disappointed by this lack of customer experience and the lack of resolving the problem for a car I paid $65,000. I want to hear from the service manager what is the problem, and how can they get my car fixed. Thank you.
