Received notice my fuel pump for recall was in. So I scheduled an appointment with their automated system, couldn’t get through to a real person. I arrived on time to be told they didn’t have the part. The service individual apologized for the mix up. This is the second time I’ve had an issue. The last time they did a warranty repair and had my car for three days. I received no phone calls from the service department. I had to continue to call to try and get through to a real live person. I eventually got my vehicle and was told that I was lucky that it was a warranty issue otherwise it would have cost me $3,500. Ever since the dealership was sold the service department performance, in my opinion, has noticeably changed for the worse. I will continue to use them for recalls and warranty work but as far as routine maintenance is concerned I have other choices. I’ve been going there for 5 years. They just lost me as a customer!

The worst dealership to have your MDX or any other car service there, specially on the Saturday, appointment means nothing, ask you to sit in my car after 40 minutes walked in and asked if they take my car now with the appointment I made 2 weeks ago for oil change and tire rotation how long is it going to be before I get t back, 6 hours! Thanks no thanks , I made an appointment with Putnam Acura ASAP. Very unhappy buyer of MDX and former service client. Never again.

I usually avoid going to the dealer to buy parts but Kris isn’t one of those typical dealer parts people. He was knowledgeable about car and wasn’t just randomly searching for parts on the computer.

Dealership claimed it spent over four hours to replace front wheel bearing for my TL and slapped me with eight hundred dollar bill. Daylight robbery! Be warned.

The service used to. Better few years ago and a good prices, I very very disappointed by dealing with them again. Last service they lie it to me and charge it me 1200$, I did not even approve it but when I came back to pick up the car 2015 Acura they said this is the bill not $125 as I agreed for oil change. So I did no have choice and paid and took the car, I complain but they do not care. Anyway I had to do my oil change again today so I thought I will go and just ask about oil change and paid ahead of time but of course they start new lie as they were trying to make me believe it is time for timing built even my car had 50000 mile only and not 10 years or 1000000 as the website saying for timing belt any way I said no. When I came back I show them the website and they keep lie and said the web is wrong it is 5 yrs or 50000 mile and next time I should do it before it get worth. I am really looking now to find somewhere else to do my service. To pad as I like it the place before.

I bought a 2006 Pontiac Solstice at this dealership. I have had problems with the car with noise in the wheels, the cd player stopped working, the cup holder broke, the top was defective. I took the car in for the noise in the wheels three times and I actually got in an accident and GM has decided it was not their fault. I did not hit anything my car just lost control. I took in the car for the top like 3 times also. First they added a pad then they replaced the whole top then the hinges were malfunctioning. Today 2 years after my car 5 months after the accident the top is still leaking when it rains. The pinion is leaking also. I'm like I want a new car! I bought this car here at this dealer! They said we can give you GM's 800 number. I took it to GM. I tried to get a lawyer to fight this for me but since I have to bodily injury they don't see it worth their time. I'm left with GM the dealer and my insurance. I hope people learn from this. DONT BUY GM(AMERICAN) BUY FOREIGN!!!!

I called three times asking about a pre-owned Porsche. My questions were incredibly basic, such as: May I please see the original window sticker or build sheet? Each time, I was promised someone would get back to me within a short period of time. That was over two weeks ago now. I gave up and the car continues to sit on their lot (where it has been for quite some time). Incredibly poor customer service and horrible business management.

This is the best auto repair shop I've taken my car to recently. The mechanic was able to repair quickly my engine that was the cause to come to Autocraft. I'm very thankful to them and I'll recommend this business because of their great service and affordable prices.
