Excellent experience all the way around. I purchased this vehicle out of state and the process was as seamless as I could have hoped. We had a small hiccup during delivery which was handled by the sales manager Alan and I am 100% happy with the entire experience. I can't say enough good things about Austin the salesman. Professional and timely with all of my requests. Car was in perfect condition as promised.

The E-Sales Department gave me a quote, but refused to honor - autogallersucks

I contacted the E-sales department asking if they were willing to match a particular deal. the salesman kept me on for 20 minutes while he went to get "manager approval" at the end he confirmed that they would be willing to extend me the deal if i came in that day. 2 hours later when i show up i'm informed the manager thought i wasn't serous so he said yes but in reality he wasn't willing to give me the deal. when i spoke to the manager he pretended he wasn't the manager and that he never approved such a deal. then he proceeds to tell me if i want the car i'd have to pay 30% more and that i'm stupid for thinking anyone would ever offer a ghibli for $540 a month... This is not the place to buy a luxury car, they treat you like xxxx, they insult your intelligence and have no respect for your time.
