Phillipe was very responsive and helpful. After talking to him for some time I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. He was always there when I texted him, and any issue which came up was resolved immediately. He went out of his way to accommodate my request to get the shipping earlier. The whole process was completed, and the car delivered in 5 days. This was a Ferrari. I would also like to commend the delivery guy, definitely white glove, great attitude, he sat in Friday traffic between the Bay Area and Sacramen to for hours. I don't know the company name, maybe Phillipe can add it to his review of the shipper...

The E-Sales Department gave me a quote, but refused to honor - autogallersucks

I contacted the E-sales department asking if they were willing to match a particular deal. the salesman kept me on for 20 minutes while he went to get "manager approval" at the end he confirmed that they would be willing to extend me the deal if i came in that day. 2 hours later when i show up i'm informed the manager thought i wasn't serous so he said yes but in reality he wasn't willing to give me the deal. when i spoke to the manager he pretended he wasn't the manager and that he never approved such a deal. then he proceeds to tell me if i want the car i'd have to pay 30% more and that i'm stupid for thinking anyone would ever offer a ghibli for $540 a month... This is not the place to buy a luxury car, they treat you like xxxx, they insult your intelligence and have no respect for your time.
