Worst experience of my life! Took 9 months for them to get the title to the DMV so I could finally get the registration and they were always gas lighting the finance company as the scapegoat for their mistake. I get at least 1 email and text a week to buy a new bike. Never going back to this dealership, for anything. Bike was delivered straight from the previous owner without inspection and when I asked about getting it was told it would cost 459.00 to 499.00 depending on the oil.

I called and tried to buy a bike that they had advertised nationwide. I live in Arizona and I was told that upper management would not sell me the bike because I live out of state. I said. Would come and pay cash but they refused to sell me the bike. I’m not sure why they would advertise nationwide if they don’t want our business. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from a deal in my 40+ years of purchasing Harley’s. Maybe Indian would treat me better.

Purchased a used SG. Best experience I ever had. Great service and attention to the details of what I was looking for. Danny was awesome during the entire process, answering all my questions promptly. If you are looking for an honest shop with great people, than this is the place to shop. they even took care of me after the sale and addressed my concerns after getting the bike home.

This dealership has been dodging me and it’s been way over a month that I’m riding with expired plates. If you know your selling a bike with a month of tags left on it and you know it’s going to take more then 30 days to get new ones why not give your customer some paper plates. So that even though he’s got registration payed he doesn’t have to get pulled over.
