In Octor My F-150 was brought in for the VCT, it took them a week, when I picked up truck i start driving and all the lights and check engine lights went out. Turned out there was now an issue with the BCM. They replaced it but the one they put in was not good, they said they needed ot order a new one. I was told it was covered under warranty but would take a little while to get part due to shortage. Its been over 5 months I get the run around from the service department who is now saying its not covered under warranty. No communication, David from service says he will call but never does.

I brought my car in on Jan 16th because of Ford recall due to an engine issue where the coolant kept leaking into the engine. I was promised that they will replace the engine at no cost to me. I asked my service rep, Kyle, if they were going to cover the cost of the rental car, he told me they should, and it would take 4-6 weeks to get reimbursed and he assured me it would be taken care of and that Ford will cover the entire cost of the rental. During the course of getting the car repaired, I got no calls from Kyle to keep me updated on my repair. When I first took it in, I was told that the repair was going to take about a week, so I told Avis, I will be needing the car for 7-10 days. I kept calling for about another week to try to get an idea of when the car was ready, and each time I called there was no call back from Kyle. The repair dragged on from Jan 16th to Feb 11th, the entire time, I got no call backs and had to keep extending the rental without knowing a completion date, which was extremely frustrating. It was our family car and our only car, we had to downgrade from the SUV we owned to a smaller and less roomy Toyota Camry, which was not easy because we are a family of 5 with a dog. Did Ford appreciate this? They didn't care. I finally got the SUV back on Feb 11th, a Friday, and returned the rental the same day. When we got home on Friday afternoon, after not having the car for weeks and Ford taking their sweet time to repair it, the radiator burst in the driveway and all the coolant leaked out. I was forced to rent a car on a Saturday, om the spot with no reservation, because that was our only car, but the only available car was a minivan that was a lot more expensive than the Camry, that was about $173 a day, and they ended up fixing the issue on Monday, but I still had to pay for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Once the issue was fixed, about a month later, I got the SUV back, returned the rental and gave Kyle the 3 rental agreements, which totalled to over $1500, about mid-February. I asked him again if Ford was going to cover the cost, and he again assured me that the entire cost would be covered. Weeks go by, then months go by, I still don't hear from Kyle, and I called in to the dealership again to follow up, Kyle doesn't call back, a week later I call again and demand to speak to him, I finally get him on the phone, and he said that he submitted the invoices to Ford, and was waiting to hear back. Another month passes by with no follow up. When I called in again and spoke to Kyle, he said he had spoken to Ford and they had questions about the 3rd invoice because it was so much higher than the first two invoices, and I had to remind him that it was much higher due to the fact that i had to get an on the spot rental on a Saturday due to the radiator bursting on Friday afternoon when I got the SUV back. He tells me that he now has the on the 3rd invoice details and will follow up with Ford. Weeks pass and again I'm wondering what the heck is going on with my reimbursement check, so I call in, of course, because Kyle is not calling back, of course. By this time I'm so frustrated, that I ask to talk to the service manager, Lee. Lee tells me that they only have the 3rd invoice, and that they will only be reimbursing me $35 a day, which is barely enough to cover the cost of a small car, not even a sedan. When I told him that Kyle said that the entire bill was covered, and that Kyle never said that, and he basically insinuated that I was a liar. I told him that I gave Kyle all 3 invoices, and his response without even speaking to Kyle, was that they didn't have the first two invoices. Even after I told him that I gave the 1st two invoices to Kyle in person when I picked up the car. He kept taking Kyle's side the whole time and doubted everything I said about Kyle promising to cover the entire rental bill. I was forced to go back to the rental place 6 months later to get the other 2 invoices, the Avis Upland location

To top it off, they broke the cap off to a couple of lug nuts and did not tell me about it! Come on Simi Ford, you should be better!

Dorothy, your service agent not only got the necessary bulb for a cost of $3.93 but also replaced the burned out bulb in my suv.. I truly appreciate the extra mile she went and hope some recognition is given to this extraordinary women.

I came into the dealer Friday, October 18th with my brother to look at the Mach-e and Lightning. My overall experience was great. I was greeted by a Salesperson name Oscar who was extremely polite, professional, and listened to all my needs. From the beginning, I explained my brother and I had credit challenges, both due to identity theft and divorce. After test driving the Mach-e, we were presented with the payment based on down and mileage. Both were exceptionally reasonable, and we wanted to continue with the purchase. After the credit was pulled, the manager asked for a co-signer which we knew could be an option. My issue is with the manager. A lecture shortly ensued that we should “Crawl before we Walk”. I took offense to that due to the fact my brother currently drives a Maserati Quattroporte with a 561 payment, I currently drive a i4 with a 997 payment and a 760i with a 1,888 payment. The 550 payment on the Mach-e was less than the cars we were replacing, which those loans/leases are in good standing. The finances are there and it’s clear we can make our payments, yet I felt we were being judged due to the credit alone. I understand it was less than stellar however identity theft was not our fault. If the bigger picture was looked at, the manager would have seen there were multiple paid off cars and other accounts in good standing. We were also told to get a “xxxxty car” and drive that sucker for a year to build positive payments despite already having car credit. The manager preceded to say he understood we were used to the image the Maserati had however we needed to humble ourselves. I told him it had nothing to do with image or else we wouldn’t be sitting in a Ford dealer looking at a subpar electric vehicle. In my opinion, that was crawling before walking especially with the payment being cheaper than the cars we currently had. We explained a xxxxty car didn’t fit our lifestyle as we put 300 plus miles a day on a car and need it to carry equipment for our catering business and telescopes for my astrophysics research. It seemed once the credit was pulled, everyone demeanor changed. We also explained the Maserati no longer served a purpose for the phase of life we were in. We both left the dealer feeling humiliated and embarrassed. Just to recap, Oscar was amazing. My issue is being put down by the managers while going through a life changing event. We were able to secure a Audi e-tron from Lexus Santa Barbara and appreciate them being professional, courteous, and understanding.

Because of the issues on my original order they gave me a great price on the 2 door that more than made up for loosening 2 doors and the automatic. After driving it now for a few days I’m very happy with the quality, price, and South Bay Ford (not so much for Ford Motor Company with their total lack of communication and ability to produce my original order)

I attempted to order a piece of door trim for a ford explorer. The person working in the parts department said they would not order a part without taking a card number first, i gave them the card number they said alright and then hung up. I called back immediately because they didn't tell me the price or confirm if i was ok with them charging my card. Upon calling back he says he would cancel the order but refused to give me a parts number. I said its fine, got the parts number from ford in fresno and ordered my own trim for about 100 bucks since ford wanted 335 for it. I come in for service, ask when they will refund me, they say usually 7-10 business days. Ok fine, 10 days passes, no refund, I bring it up again they tell me to call my bank. I challenge it and the general manager is lying about the authorization they got to charge for the piece of trim. I am glad i documented what had actually happened on facebook because he was saying that the person who authorized the charge was known to me. They were not and they did not let me know the cost either. The general manager laughed and enjoyed that a disabled veteran and purple heart recipient was being ripped off by his less than honorable actions. Truly disgusting business practices over there. Stay far away. Not only was i not ever told that the piece of trim could not be returned i ordered a piece of door trim the same day they supposedly canceled the order. So now im not just out money for ordering the piece but also money because they never refunded me for the piece they failed to cancel. 700 dollars to fix a piece of door trim for a keypad pillar and it had to be repaired by me. Below is evidence of everything which is dated for proof as well as his response lying to the bank and the better business bureau to keep the money.

I went to Stockton Kia to get my Kia soul fixed. Please follow. After being their for two hours they said they did not have the parts that they said they did have to fix my car. I had used Manteca ford before for oil service and called and asked if they could work on my car. Appt was set for the next Monday. When I got to Ford they said that my vin number could have used two different sensors so they got both for the repair and would return the one that was not needed. WOW car was fixed in under two hous, the bill was less the Kia would have been and my car is running great. Thanks just does not seem enough to say, But thanks...

Horrible experience on two vehicle purchases at the Ford Store in Morgan Hill. The final event included me ordering and placing a deposit on a vehicle then when it came in I was told it was an additional 4K added to purchase price the vehicle and if I didn't want it they would sell to another buyer. I contacted ford but apparently their customer service is just as bad as their dealerships. They claim there is nothing they can do they cant even contact the dealerships they supply vehicles to. I would recommend purchasing a different make of vehicle but if not defiantly do not purchase a vehicle form the ford Store in Morgan Hill CA.

Fantastic people! - I Fix That

Fantastic people! They are customer service focused and no-pressure sales. I had a very small but difficult issue with my Mach-e and they stayed on the issue until it was fixed. What I found to be fantastic about the dealership is that they just didn't unload a "parts cannon" on the car, but got a technician in from corporate to troubleshoot the module that failed so that in the future, they could quickly solve the problem for the next customer. I'm and engineer, and that shows integrity! Yes, I purchased a second car from them! Oh, and they were the only dealership that isn't marking up the Lightning and the Mach-E.
