From the beginning of my car buying journey with Central Valley up until the end it was amazing. Lance made finding the exact Jeep I was looking for like a walk in the park, he worked some magic and made it happen, communicated honestly and openly the whole way through! I live in the East Bay Area and making it to the dealership might have been tough but I could have swung it, but Ramsen brought the Jeep to me to test drive, look at it and answer any questions I had. By the next day he had my brand new car delivered to my work, detailed, full tank of gas, paper work done, everything signed sealed and delivered. I drove from Orange County to Ventura, California to see what they had to offer based on an ad for a new Jeep. Even with the discount it was a little more than I wanted to pay. So I bought a used Sahara, a beautiful black Jeep Wrangler. There was an issue with the steering having too much play. It doesn't appear to be a recall, but Crown has agreed to fix it There was a recall on an issue with the vattery, it is a hybrid. Crown already fixed that. My salesman, Jorge was excellent. Friendly, not at all pushy, negotiated what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle, and something I was comfortable paying. I go tomorrow to have the steering fixed. I will let this review know how it goes. Otherwise, I would recommend this dealership. And of course, will always recommend anyone dealing with buying especially a used vehicle. Go with some knowledge and get everything in writing. Be adamant. And don't buy something if you don't feel good about it. I'm so far extremely happy. Thank you Crown and I'll see you tomorrow. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealer ever again. I ordered a new vehicle and there was a tear in the bumper and they refused to fix it even though I have a photo showing the tear was there when the vehicle was on their lot before I bought it. I had previously been a customer for over 10 years and this is how I was treated, they do not care about their customers , they just care about how much money they can make

The one star review is for one reason only, the rest of the experience was good, they were fast and efficient in all respects, BUT they called and advised me that I needed a new in cabin air filter, it was expensive but I told them to go ahead. When I pick up my truck, it stunk like going down a VERY intense detergent row at the store, and Im very sensitive to smells, I started home and turned around in less than five minutes with a headache and watering eyes, took it back to service department and was basically told, there was nothing they could do, and it would dissipate, I sure hope they are right

I have no issues with this dealership, they are friendly, the facility is always clean. Service personnel seen to get the job done correctly the first time. This time however I had to wait for parts, I guess that is not unreasonable in today's market especially with the numbers of parts required for different vehicles serviced. So, I am not disappointed, I addition, the waiting area is excellent, and the beverage area is great and always kept clean, although I did not use this area this visit, I did not use the ride home service offered this time as my wife was able to pick me up, I do appreciate that the service is provided by the dealership and not Uber. Some dealers use Uber, and I find then most times unacceptable. To me the vehicles are dirty, and the personnel are not friendly or someone I would care to associate with.

The Sales Manager was also extremely helpful and he negotiated a fair deal for all parties. Robert went above and beyond after the deal was completed.
