We are writing this email to express our sincere gratitude for the way we were treated by the staff at Norwalk Audi. We purchased a Q5 after an extensive search for the exact car I wanted. Alex, Pier, Joe and Ghazal (in that order) were patient, knowledgeable, and very competent when answering questions about the vehicle. From the start, Alex was helpful in narrowing down our wants and needs, all while being professional and specially not pushy. Just facts and let the car do the talking. Next, we were introduced to Pier, who covered the car features and took us on a test drive. He was able to showcase the features we didn’t even know we wanted and most definitely enjoy. He covered the options available to us without hesitation all while being thorough. During a short break in the process, my husband and I ran into Joe, the Service Manager. He was also patient answering our questions such as, what types of service an Audi might need in comparison to a BMW (current vehicle). We got lucky since he is new to the dealership transferring in from managing the service department at BMW. He was able to relate to my questions, comments and the comparisons to my beamer. Last but not least, we met Ghazal in the Finance Department. She definitely knows her job. She made us feel at easy during the most stressful but exciting part of the process. Ghazal was friendly, courteous and above all professional. She took time to review the contract and other options in detail to make sure all was clear.
