I have had nothing but the kindest and most professional service from Landers Toyota. This includes both formal service by Toyota as well as informal assistance given. A couple of weeks ago Scott Mason and Seth I think it was fixed a squirrel chewed hose that was keeping my windshield wiper fluid from working and didn’t even charge me. Today Scott kindly pumped up my tires. I have bought 8 cars from this dealership (for myself and multiple relatives) and have never had a bad experience. I can’t praise them enough!

Christopher is a wonderful representative for the dealership, and I found myself shaking his hand and re-iterating my appreciation, over and over. My days of going to a private garage on some street corner are over, and they have been since I dealt with Landers Toyota, Little Rock

Tevin listened to my service needs. He found the necessary service agreement and followed through with making sure my vehicle was serviced properly. Also, he kept me informed along the way. I will request him again.

Jennifer DeMay, service consultant took excellent care of us on a Friday afternoon. She and her boss dropped everything and figured out the problem with my vehicle. We were in Fayetteville from out of town and they made sure we had a ride to our hotel and picked us up the next morning when the vehicle was ready. I highly recommend this dealership. The service department is outstanding!

I was unable to get my 24 Tacoma out of gear and was stranded at car wash. I have been buying Toyota’s from Tony Henson for many years at J Pauley. I called the dealership service dept & they did not know how to help. I asked if Tony was working, spoke with him & within 10 minutes he arrived and addressed the problem & got me on my way. His management needs to know what a Gem they have.

Worst service department!!! Lost my keys and needed a replacement. Had my car towed on Friday late afternoon, was called by Tyler and quoted $1800 to have my 2006 Toyota Sequoia rekeyed. Was told they did not have the parts, so they would have to be ordered and would take 5 business days to arrive to the shop. My keys were found by a neighbor after her dog had carried them off on Monday evening. I called spoke to Tyler on Tuesday at 7:35 am, told him the keys were found and asked about picking up my car and what it would cost to get a second key made. He put me on hold to ask his service manager the price. He proceeded to quote me almost $400. He said that $178 was a restocking fee for the ordered parts, they didn't even have in their shop. I told him nevermind on the key because that was ridiculous. When I got to the service dept the employees were more concerned with their conversation about a game they were planning to promptly attend to a customer. Then i had to wait for them to track Tyler down for him to proceeded to tell me it would be $197 because of sales tax, that he failed to mentionon on the phone. And by his own omission, nobody had even touched my car, even though my receipt states an multipoint inspection was performed. Worse service experience. Side note I was not opposed to paying for a restocking fee but the amount for the restocking fee was ridiculous and the customer service was lacking severely!!

Customer service is alive and well at Caldwell Toyota in Conway, AR! Service manager, Adam Lamb, went out of his way to make sure our vehicle was taken care of to meet our satisfaction. We had a problem w/ our two front doors retaining water. He went out of his way to correct this. He was polite, courteous, and very sympathetic to our distress of this problem. His main goal was to fix our new Rav 4 Adventure and make us happy customers! He couldn't have been more helpful! We will definitely remain customers of Caldwell Toyota. Recently married and moving to NEARK from Columbia, Missouri, we drove to Jonesboro for my wife to interview for a job. Central’s service department worked me in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2012 Prius. Then they went the extra mile by loaning me a 2018 Camry to go pick up my wife at the interview while they worked on the car. It really saved me time and stress. Very thankful and will be bringing our Camry and 4Runner here once we move down.

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point. Always friendly and helpful!

Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle.
