While I love the 2016 Forester I purchased new from them. There service department is deplorable. While the car itself is very dependable and reliable, the service department at Subaru of Little Rock makes it doubtful I'll ever purchase another car there. Absolutely deplorable. You schedule an appointment more than 10 days in advance. Request a loaner because scheduled service is more than 4 hours. Most likely 6 to 7 hours, will cost over $1000.00? You explain to them your bringing the vehicle in from out of town? They don't even have the courtesy to call you to tell you they don't have a loaner available? You have to call them to verify your appointment. They can't get a Service Department representative on the phone? They can only text you? Then they inform you "no loaners/courtesy" cars available? On a Monday Morning? Yeah right. Oh but we have a shuttle service and updated lounge with quite rooms avaiable. Seriously Subaru I expected so much more from you...
