Went in for an oil change & left with a new car. Was just looking at the cars in the show room & after Billy Turner took his time to explain all the great features on the new car I had to have it. This is my 3rd car I've gotten from McLarty. Have had nothing but great service & easy transactions.

A negative experience - Disgruntled customer

I've been a faithful and loyal customer for the last year. I only let them change my oil and service my car since the purchase. I love my car. At not point did the service department tell me my tires were at the point that my tire gaurd protection wouldn't cover the expense. Last oil change my tires were at a 5 and a month later they say they have nails and worn down to a 2. As professional Customer courtesy I should've been told my tires were no longer safe to drive and told me it would be 159.00 for a tire...I have never been so upset with someone I trusted to keep me on the road safely.

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point. Always friendly and helpful!

Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle. The absolute best vehicle buying experience EVER! Brad Cartmill, his phenomenal expertise (and hair :) ) along with Tracy in finance made sure we had everything we needed and beyond. Expectations exceeded in every area of this experience. The team at Orr Nissan Fort Smith handled our buy exceptionally well and were set up knowing we have a team for service after the sale plus an excellent warranty. Beyond happy. The service department really needs some looking into. We had a battery replaced under warranty about a year or so ago. Now the battery is worthless again. I go into service and they tried to tell me nothing was wrong with the battery( which had already been tested by our mechanic and said it was bad to take it back to Nissan) then turned around to tell me they would put a battery but they wouldn’t warranty a battery that had already been replaced. So this tells me they have crappy parts and won’t stand behind them. That’s ok this battery has cost them another sale as I won’t be buying from them again. Plus I will be sure to let everyone I know how they do business.

I was visiting from out of town and my air conditioner went out and it was 105 degrees. They put in a compressor and charged me 1100 dollars. My car was vibrating after the install. I had already started home on a Sunday when this happened. I had to have surgery and couldn’t return until I was released to drive but I did call and let them know. I brought it back and they said it was the compressor again which was under warranty but I would have to pay labor again for them to replace it which was 440 dollars. I could maybe understand if my car and been running great and this happened months later but it was like that right when I got it back from them. I guess if another compressor was bad that they put in I would have to pay 440 dollars again until they put a good one in my car eventually. I have bought numerous cars over the years and never have I ever had to pay if I picked it my car and something was wrong initially. I have worked retail for 40 years and I never would have treated a customer that way when I was responsible for what was wrong. If you need good customer service you need to see Everett in the Benton area. Good people who care about customer satisfaction. If I knew now what would happen, I would have driven my car home in the heat and used a reliable dealership who cares about the customer. Don’t go near Orr Nissan in Searcy.

I am very happy with the service done to my 05 altima. The service agents were a pleasure to work with. The car runs so much better! I couldn't be happier with the work preformed by Superior Nissan.
