My truck wouldn’t start and I called here and they were able to get it in that day to find the issue. It was going to take several days to get the part, so they kindly provided a loaner truck until my truck was fixed at no additional cost. They fixed it the day they said that it would be done and Ben, my service rep, was very hospitable.

My Wife had a 2019 Jeep Compass. Last week she was driving home. Something blew under the hood and in 5 minutes her car was completely engulfed. Jeep is giving us the run around. And the dealership is no help as well. You buy there car. Take it to the dealership for all the oil changes and such. The car is under a lifetime warranty. It burns to the ground do to some defect. And Jeep and the dealership don't want to stand behind there product. Never will we buy a car here again.

He called and got my approval, and had to order the part, which took the longest part of the whole deal, but called me Tuesday morning and let me know it was finished. Since the dealership hear my home had initially refused to comply with a Ford recall and has recently closed down, I have found Louis Ford to be very helpful and RV friendly. Have been there twice how and place to continue having service done on our 22 Ford E-450 RV by them. I have made contact with numerous dealership in my area and have been refused service, stating they don’t work on RV’s. The exception is Louis Ford, without question. Thank you Louis Ford. Ron

We were in Fayetteville from out of town and they made sure we had a ride to our hotel and picked us up the next morning when the vehicle was ready. I highly recommend this dealership.
