After 3 new vehicle purchases and Honda World performing 95% of their routine maintenance over the years, I continue to be highly impressed with Honda vehicles in general and Honda World in particular. Their sales people and their service people are all first rate with Kimberly Phillips being my most recent service advisor.

Service was very good. Truck was towed in on Saturday and they placed it inside. It was there from Saturday to Friday while they were trying to diagnose the problem. Explained to me this was the only tile they had every saw that problem

I took the car in because the battery wouldn't hold a - Unhappy customer

I took the car in because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. The dealer charged me $160+ to tell me I needed a new battery. I was so frustrated with their approach that I left and went to AutoZone. AutoZone tested the battery and the starter and the alternator for free and found the problem. The dealer also gave me a long list of other items they said I needed and tried to sell me on including an oil change - which I just had done elsewhere 3 weeks ago. None of the other items on the list were necessary either. In addition, as I checked out, the advisor tried to use a scare tactic and cautioned me against driving the car. I give them one star because at least they looked at the car quickly. But the charge was absurd for what they did. I am new to the area and was truly hoping to have a dependable service department to rely on. That definitely did not happen at Fletcher Honda. Thanks to AutoZone my car is running just fine.

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point. Always friendly and helpful!

Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle. Justin at McClarty Honda in service department went above and beyond today! I had a flat on my Honda crv I bought there a few years back. I called the dealership to see who I could call to come help me with my flat tire. Justin answered the phone and came to fix my tire himself. I am so thankful for his help! I haven't, as yet, purchased a vehicle from this dealership, so I can't say anything one way or the other regarding their sales, but I have taken a '91 Civic I used to own to them for minor repairs a few times. Each time I waited while they did the work. The staff were friendly without being pushy or intrusive, and, more importantly, they did good work and finished very quickly without charging an arm and a leg. I can't say whether their work on makes other than Hondas is as good, but they did quality work at a reasonable price. If you own a Honda and need work done on it, I'd recommend them as soon as any mechanic. Wesley B.
