We had the check engine light come on while visiting the area. We took our Dodge Caravan in to have them look at it on Saturday morning. First thing Monday within an hour and a half of opening up they call and said it was ready and we were able to get back on the road home. It needed a software update. Go figure.. lol.. Fantastic service and helping someone from out of town.

Fred Fletcher Dodge came to my rescue as I was out of town, stranded, from Ohio. They went way out of their way to obtain the critical part that I needed. Limped there from OKC, at 4p.m. I was given a brand new Ram courtesy truck , and at 1 o'clock the next day the repair was completed, all under warranty. Th My truck has over 100,000 miles on it. Chrysler had extended the warranty on Eco-Diesels.

Shop did warranty work on my jeep that I bought from them. Didn't do it correctly and was back in two weeks. They kept it for 2 months blamed me and charged me. They had my only vehical and refused to give me a loaner. Got it back and didn't make it 100 feet from the dealership before it broke again from the same issue. Now I have to have to pay another shop fix what they broke. I will never be back.
