Steer clear of Bale Collision Downtown on Cross St. It has been extremely difficult to just get a status update and you have to deal with their infamously rude manager Andy Roberts. They have had my truck since 2/7 and repairs were supposed to begin 2/10. They are now telling me my truck will not be ready until approximately 3/7! Unacceptable for the amount of damage done. I spoke with three different people about what had been done so far and they all had different answers. Andy finally stated he did not want to work on it so I am arranging to have it towed somewhere else.

Bud Gentry is a crook with zero conscience! My 80 yo mother bought a car from him that, he did not disclose, had been wrecked. When I took it for service it sat for 11 months on the lot (waiting for a headlight assembly) I fought with Bud and GM for 4 years over a headlight issue that 3 different mechanics at Genrty's couldn't fix. Took the rig to Nashville, to York Gary last month. After 4 years of fighting, not being able to drive the car and 3 headlights, York Gary called me the very same day with the results of their inspection of the headlight issue... The ground wire was not connected! Gentry's is absolutely incompetent and will never see another dime from me or my family.

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point. Always friendly and helpful!

Let me start by saying the extended warranty they offer and I paid an extra $1500 for is a joke.. It never covers any thing and the service center will make sure of this from what I have experienced.. The people who work in their service center doesn't have enough respect to call you to inform of what they are going to do to you car and that isn't going to be covered before they do the work.. Even after you make it very clean that you want them to call you before they do anything that will cost you money.. They even give your their word that they will call but guess what the only call you get is to inform you that your car is done and that you now owe them money because this amazing warranty that you bought wont cover the cost.. The warranty is suppost to be bumper to bumper 75000miles if anything breaks they fix it you'll never pay more them a 100$ out of pocket and that is only suppost to be if you use a company that is outside of their an approved machanic list.. Even the dealerships sells ppl is like a bunch of buzzards that hover over you and pressurer the xxxx out of you.. Filling your head with a bunch of deals that is not at all what they act like they are.. I wish I would of never bought anything from this car lot and I will never take my car back to them again! Not even for any of my services I would rather pay out of pocket then give them another dollar of my money...
