This is my first collision repair situation, but I do not know how the repair process could have been any better. I can not say enough about the way I was treated during this repair. Specifically, Casey Alexander was the perfect point of contact. He kept me informed on a timely basis and stayed on top of my repair to insure all that was estimated was completed as promised. He rapidly informed my insurer when there was unseen damage that needed to be addressed. In a word, he "went to bat for me" to insure my Honda was done right! He made me welcome to come back should there be any unanticipated issue connected to the collision. Thank you again Casey Alexander.

I had major body work done on my car. I was asked to take the vehicle when it still had unresolved problems. Since then I have had to bring the car back to have the door adjusted, hatch adjusted, and twice because local glass shops can't get a windshield to fit correctly. Every time I get the well, we have a life time warranty just bring it back. I don't want to bring it back, I want it fixed right the first time. Nice people but very disappointed in the results. The response I get is, "I don't know why it won't fit". I expected better quality, better service, and better handling of the problem. I expected Moore and I got a lot less :(

We selected Royal Collision, although the Group are not Porsche dealers, they are certified and guaranteed by our insurers, Allstate.. From the initial contact, through the repair process Royal were “our partners” and completed the repair on time. Particular thanks to Emily, for making this a smooth, painless experience.

1 review 1.0 star rating 3/8/2017 I would not recommend this repair shop. I was in a small fender bender so I brought my car in for an estimate. Tom was very thorough as he went over the damage and repairs with me. He told me it would take four days to repair. At the top of my written estimate it says four days. There was 8.2 hours of labor and 5.1 hours of paint. I brought my car in at 8AM on Monday. Tuesday afternoon a man named Jack called me. He said my car would not be done until the following Monday. I told him that the estimate was for four days and that I needed my car. He told me he would see what he could do. I waited for hours so finally I called him back. His attitude was even though the estimate was four days, too bad. Maybe we can get it on Saturday, He kept telling me that they were closed on Sunday and I kept saying the car was supposed to be done on Thursday. He did nothing to help me until I posted on Yelp. Now he says he will try and get my car by Friday. I don't know how 13.2 hours of labor turned into 8 days. Go somewhere you can trust a written estimate.
