The service advisor, Ruben E., was nice to work with. The showroom and service area waiting facilities were amazing. The service waiting area conveniences made me want to break something else on my car so I could come back and hang out. The service technician made some adjustments and thought the problem was solved, but only time would tell. In the process of addressing the situation, I think he made some assumptions that may not have been accurate. We'll see.

He moved us to a shaded area for everyone's comfort. This is not the first time we needed tech help. We have always been treated with respect and help.
