Had to make an unexpected trip to Arizona from Mass. for a family emergency of both parents being in living facilities. We reached out to the General Manager Jens Trull, regarding alternative transportation to get around while we were there. He immediately responded and put us in touch with the rental manager (Vincent) who provided us with a rental. They went above and beyond for us to help us handle our family emergency as needed. Camelback goes above and beyond for everyone, even if they aren't current clients and on the East coast. Made the emergency trip easier to deal with! If you're looking to purchase a new/used car or get service work performed, this is a place that actually care. They are not looking to just make a dollar. Went in for regular service on my PriusV and came out with a new RAV4 hybrid. I had been thinking about a new car so I decided to check out their stock and they ended up having the exact car I wanted with the features and color I was looking for. The price was in my range and all of the staff at the dealership were top notch so I went ahead with the trade. Working with "Hoov" to make the car purchase was easy and I was able to drive away with my new car the same day. There was no pressure and the buying experience was genuinely enjoyable.
