Friendliest dealership I've ever gone to and purchased an automobile from before - and I've previously purchased five new cars over the years (all Honda's). Darla did an excellent job covering the tech and information display with me, and I feel comfortable at this point learning more on my own - but I'll visit her again if I have any technology issues or concerns to sort through in the future.

This is my first collision repair situation, but I do not know how the repair process could have been any better. I can not say enough about the way I was treated during this repair. Specifically, Casey Alexander was the perfect point of contact. He kept me informed on a timely basis and stayed on top of my repair to insure all that was estimated was completed as promised. He rapidly informed my insurer when there was unseen damage that needed to be addressed. In a word, he "went to bat for me" to insure my Honda was done right! He made me welcome to come back should there be any unanticipated issue connected to the collision. Thank you again Casey Alexander.

I took my new Subaru for the first schedule service. I arrived on time and the agent signed my car in and I spent about two hours waiting until it was finished. The car came out clean and had no issues to report as it was a new car.

I have been a customer for many years. The entire staff has always been very professional, friendly and helpful. The service department has men working who know their business and seem to enjoy it. The service adviser today was Irwin Wyant. He was friendly and kind today as he has always been. He explains things to me so that I understand what has been done and what may need to be done in the future. The person I must commend for his professionalism and helpfulness the most, however, is Matt Martin. He sold me my first Nissan and my second one and he will sell me any car I will buy in the future. Somehow, he always remembers my name. If he sees me, he takes a minute to say hello and asks how the car is doing and how I'm doing as well. Thank you Matt for everything!
