Most places you have to call to get an update at the end of the day and Eddie called me as soon as it was done that day. He even helped me with a loaner for the day so I can get to work.

My visit to the dealership was for an upgrade on anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) Coffee and snacks available and plenty of space to sit and read or watch TV as I waited. I was informed along the way how things were going with my car. They finished before the specified time and they made sure EVERYTHING was working as it should before I left the dealership. My 2013 Sportage had a check engine light appear. My first thought was that this would end up costing me lots of time and money. My service advisor, Tyler K. was extremely forthright about everything. In the end, after running an OBD scan and other testing it was a false check engine reading. I paid nothing (zero) dollars for this visit to the service department. It is so refreshing to work with honest people. I could have been charged for any number of services but not so at Sands. My car was fixed by Monday afternoon! The service reps provided great communication and explained the situation clearly. I'm very pleased with the service! The service manager reached out to me regarding my previous concerns. I really appreciate how everything was handled!
