Had to come in last minute before a trip back to Phoenix. Tim was able to take us next morning at 8AM and Marlene drove us back to the hotel while the car was fixed. They were all so nice and got it fixed as fast as possible! At least we know if we have problems again we can trust going back here!

Service Department can’t be trusted. I paid for “The Works” package which is supposed to include a tire rotation however, this was not done. How do I know? I always mark the tires beforehand. They did, however, have the time and resources to find a $1000 recommended repair. Shady! Shady! Shady! Integrity matters and they failed the test.

Our Ford pickup was damaged took it in to Jones body shop, had the appraisal done everything was a go. Called Angelo after about a week to see about getting started on the pickup, he let me know that he would contact me,( and seemed to be quite emphatic about it) when things were a go. 7 weeks later still no word from Angelo, called an left a message still no word from him. Went down to the dealership to find out some info about the situation, Obviously Angelo answers to nobody, he came with the dealership. I will return to my dealership that is 3 hrs away, I get a lot better service there, plus Wonderful PR.

I appreciated getting an appointment the same day I called. This is a good facility and the employees are very helpful and quick. The I talked to when making the appointment was very rude but had nothing to do with this facility.

The service department at this dealership is useless. I understand you want to make money, but to refuse to answer any questions whatsoever about my vehicle is a disappointment. I purchased a Ford vehicle and should be able to ask questions about my vehicle without you refusing to answer and quoting “liability reasons”. Maybe that’s how things are done here in Globe. But I shouldn’t have to call the Ford dealership I used to to take my car to in Ohio to get help!

I had major body work done on my car. I was asked to take the vehicle when it still had unresolved problems. Since then I have had to bring the car back to have the door adjusted, hatch adjusted, and twice because local glass shops can't get a windshield to fit correctly. Every time I get the well, we have a life time warranty just bring it back. I don't want to bring it back, I want it fixed right the first time. Nice people but very disappointed in the results. The response I get is, "I don't know why it won't fit". I expected better quality, better service, and better handling of the problem. I expected Moore and I got a lot less :(

I went in for tires ,battery, wiper blades and an oil change on July 27, 2022. I first went in for a tire that had a slow leak and had to get a new one. Went in on the 27th and found out the new tire had a screw in it so I ended up buying 5 tires in all. The service department was wonderful. Anthony and Toby were great. I would recommend Horne Ford to anyone. Thank you for your patients and kindness. Thank you for all of your help. Sandra Lawson
