This allows me to the ability to make arrangements for my truck maintenance when I return to Phoenix, no matter where I am in at the time. The available appointment times and drop off options are always the most convenient. Evan is always prompt and professional when I drop off my truck for service. He is thorough when discussing the recommended Ford Maintenance options and pricing. He always assures me, as best he can, the service timing, and maintains text communication to keep me updated on completion time. I appreciate Evans patience and attention to detail. I never feel like I am being rushed in or out following service. I will continue to rely on Surprise Ford for all of my Ford Truck Maintenance.

Brandon was there at 7:30 to meet me and go over a few things. I mentioned that I thought I needed brakes and he took a look at my brake fluid and it needed changed. He came in to let me know what was the result of the check of a few things on the car. I need new tires but the brakes ar still good. He came back with everything was completed (oil change and car wash) as I was looking at the video the technician took and said everything was completed. Brandon was very helpful and I will always ask for him for my next visit.

Late yesterday afternoon, it was my pleasure and good luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took the time to solve and fix my problem. The acid from an old battery had leaked and shorted the battery cable effecting the sensor... Problem solved! It is nice to see there are a few "old school" individuals, who will make time to attend to an immediate problem. A light that remains on all night would have most likely result in a dead battery! Sanderson Ford Service is a Class Act! THANK YOU SCOTT HILL!!!! I had a Huge Problem with the Air Conditioning in my 2013 Ford F150, after getting the Run Around by other Dealerships and Independent Repair Shops with Outlandish quotes to fix the AC I went into Sandererson Service and was introduced to SCOTT HILL. Scott is one of the Finest and one of the Few Service Advisors I have ever dealt with that took a Personal Interest in seeing that my F150 would again have a Reliable Cold AC. Scott took it on himself to work with the Extended Service representatives to Make sure everthing that was covered by Extended Service was indeed covered and paid for. Like all Extended Coverage Insurance, they get very Flakey when they have a Claim, however have no problem taking the monthly premiums paid. Scott took on my Extended Service Company Head On with the many rabbit holes the insurance company tried to create. Scott helped me with a Loaner Vehicle and made Sure every part that was causing the problem was replaced by a new part. The problem with the AC was not an easy fix and I did have to return to Sanderson Ford on followup visits. It seemed that when one area of the AC was repaired the problem would default creating additonal problems and freon leaks. Unlike so many Dealerships and Independents who only make excuses, Scott Addressed each and every problem with extreme Professionalism, Knowledge and the Very Best Customer Service that could be provided. Service can Make or Break a Dealership, Example, we purchased a Infinity QX60 from a dealership in Peoria, the Service was xxxx poor, bad attitudes, and when the car had 58,000 miles on it being pushed into having the 60,000 service done which I rejected wanting only oil change. The service advisor in an attempt to sell a $2,000 service told me the "Differential Oil would be changed as well". I told the dummy, the QX60 was front wheel drive and did not have a "Differential" Wow!!! Also at the time of purchase QX60 was sold a insurance policy for paint and door dings, Infiniti GM said the coverage only covered small dents but not the chip in the paint resulting with a dent. The Service Advisor at Infiniti wrote on my receipt that I refused 60,000 mile service when the vehicle was not at that milage which could screw up the extended warranty with Infiniti. Now we deal with Scottsdale Infiniti who is Totally Awesome. Bottom Line, the Infiniti Dealership in Peoria I would not purchase a vehicle from ever. Infiniti of Scottsdale has an Awesome Service Dept like Sanderson and has our business. As for my Next Truck Purchase Sanderson Ford will have my business moving forward which was the result of Service Advisor Scott Hill.

I had to wait almost 3 weeks but that was because of the Warranty company, which finally came through and took care of everything. Peter was great and I am very happy with the repairs. This was my first visit to service dept, and appreciate all of the work that was done on my vehicle.

I called today to change it to 4/17 and that was ok, BUT now they price is $89? I can get full synthetic for $55 elsewhere, but it's the principle here, not the price. You people have no idea what you are doing. And I don't need sarcastic xxxxxxxx from your advisor's.

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into limp mode on my way home, from out of town. We had the truck towed to Anderson Ford Kingman. Lacie Korson, Assistant Service Manager handled all the details for getting the truck repaired. As it turned out, the engine had to be replaced! Since it is a Raptor, every thing is more expensive. We have the extended warranty through ASC Warranty. This company was the easy one we have ever worked with. Lacie did all the contact with them and they contacted me via text with the status of the repair. The only thing they did not pay for was taxes, diagnostic, filter and fluids and there was no deductible. Lacie kept me informed as to the status. If I did have to call her and she didn't answer, I would leave a message and she would call me back, usually the same day. We had zero problems with Kingman Ford. I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews, but the latest one was from a year ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for service or buying a vehicle.
