This is my first collision repair situation, but I do not know how the repair process could have been any better. I can not say enough about the way I was treated during this repair. Specifically, Casey Alexander was the perfect point of contact. He kept me informed on a timely basis and stayed on top of my repair to insure all that was estimated was completed as promised. He rapidly informed my insurer when there was unseen damage that needed to be addressed. In a word, he "went to bat for me" to insure my Honda was done right! He made me welcome to come back should there be any unanticipated issue connected to the collision. Thank you again Casey Alexander.

I had a scheduled appointment to have my vehicle looked at and Rick was the guy who i was assigned to. Rick was very pleasant to work with, i addressed the issues that were going on with my vehicle. Rick called me a few hours later and let me know the status and I was very thrilled to get the service he provided and pleased to pick up my vehicle the following day. My husband and I said this is the best service at a dealership we have ever got. I didn’t have to call and check in on my vehicle etc.. We are very satisfied! Thanks Rick!!

But since my vehicle is a Dodge, I was lucky enough to be set up with Brian. Not only was he very quick to update me as soon as he had any information. But he also took the time to explain everything to me to where I completely understood what was wrong with my vehicle. Peoria Ford made the process awful but through all of that Brian made my experience with Dodge an amazing one. I truly appreciate his Customer Service. Thank you, Brian!

We have a 2015 Ram w50p 5.7 hemi. We have been taking our truck to Flagsaff. We lived in Rimrock. Our tech Jon Vance at planet dodge in Flagstaff is amazing. We have had alot of issues. Jon made sure to communicate to me about everything that was going on. The only thing is that it took 2 1/2 months to get our truck fixed. We recently moved to Kingman. Our service tech here is Mike Rodgers. He went out of his way to call Jon in Flagstaff to get the whole load down of our truck. He communicated with me on what was being done and what parts we were waiting for. I appreciate that he kept me up to date. He made sure we had a rent a car for when our truck went back in. If in need I will be using Mike Ridgers here in Kingman. He is honest, polite, and knowledgeable about his position at .Martin Swanty. He is a great asset to this company. I recently had a service nightmare, the dreaded “Check Engine Light” and I’m about to begin a massive roadtrip that’ll take me to very rural places. Well, Gary Cluff saved me. Purely and simply, he’s a saint for immediately helping me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful with my issue. He addressed all of my needs and more, he solved the issue right away, and he saved the day and single handedly saved my trip. I know that dealerships can get a lot of rough reviews, but Chapman treated me respectfully, quickly, and solved all of my needs. Took my Jeep in for an oil change. I leave the dealership, two minutes later my check engine oil light came on, my Jeep made a grinding sound and I lost power. Check engine light came on. I turn around at Harkins, made it back to the dealership, let them know. Turns out they didn’t put the o-ring back in correctly which folded over. Oil got into the hose and out onto the engine and into the filter.

Within a month I had my 2500 Truck in for the same engine light problem, they could not find the problem. I took it to Chapman Motors in Payson and they fixed the gas line problem. The fuel line needed to be cleaned out.

I just went to 4 dealers looking for parts they said they had yet only one had them bill luke the other dealer parts counterman tried to help but lacked proper experience to do there job. The counterman at bill luke help me in one tenth time I spent at the other dealers. I will tell you if and when im needing service or parts it will be these guys. The counterman that helped me work on the line at one time at airpark dodge the worst dealer in all of arizona as I told him about the hassels involved with finding parts with the airpark dealer I'd say Bill Luke gets 2 thumbs up infact they get all ten fingers up you guys rock
