I've always been happy with the service that Smart of Chandler provides. I have always had a good experience when having my Smart Car worked on. If needed, a loaner car is provided. Kimberly Pinto is wonderful to work with. She does what she says and that is not always the case when dealing with other auto maker service departments. Kimberly is always pleasant and it is a pleasure to have her handle anything my car need to have done.

Horrible service! Paid to do a job they really didn't do ! Called to complain management wasn't helpful no refund or ever a offer to come back and have the problem fixed! Filed a complaint with the BBB want to let the public know to stay far away from here they are a complete waste of money!!
