This is my first collision repair situation, but I do not know how the repair process could have been any better. I can not say enough about the way I was treated during this repair. Specifically, Casey Alexander was the perfect point of contact. He kept me informed on a timely basis and stayed on top of my repair to insure all that was estimated was completed as promised. He rapidly informed my insurer when there was unseen damage that needed to be addressed. In a word, he "went to bat for me" to insure my Honda was done right! He made me welcome to come back should there be any unanticipated issue connected to the collision. Thank you again Casey Alexander.

Please DO NOT use this dealer for service. I had a simple fuel leak from pump to engine in fuel line in my 2011 328i. 1 line replaced at a cost of $1,300+. First thing I did was try to fill tank with gas. Would not take gas, pump kept shutting off. Couldn't figure out why, thought it was just a bad pump nozzle. Later found out at a different repair shop that the charcoal filter was completely full with liquid fuel, preventing the emissions system from working properly. The only way for that to happen is to overfill fuel tank multiple times per week until no more gas will fit in filler neck. I always stop at first shut off, so that wasn't it. OR, as I believe, someone physically dumps gas into the filter canister. This is not a problem that will be immediately visible to most people. Takes a minute to destroy the other components. $3,500 later, problem solved. Of course, I can't prove my suspicions since no one is allowed to actually watch the work being done, but I am not a dumb person and have talked to a few techs at BMW and feel confident that I'm right. I will do all I can to pass on my story and help people avoid this dealership for service.

We went to Arrowhead BMW after being very disappointed with our service at Chapman BMW in Phoenix. Arrowhead exceeded our expectations in every way. They went above and beyond to make sure that our problem was solved. They provided us with a loaner and there was no waiting time to pick it up. Everything with seamless - from pulling our car into the service area to driving it back out again. Best BMW service ever!

I had major body work done on my car. I was asked to take the vehicle when it still had unresolved problems. Since then I have had to bring the car back to have the door adjusted, hatch adjusted, and twice because local glass shops can't get a windshield to fit correctly. Every time I get the well, we have a life time warranty just bring it back. I don't want to bring it back, I want it fixed right the first time. Nice people but very disappointed in the results. The response I get is, "I don't know why it won't fit". I expected better quality, better service, and better handling of the problem. I expected Moore and I got a lot less :(
