Also, it took me 3 months to have the car registered in New Jersey and the temporary registration for the car expired in the meantime. bojan did not abandon me even after the sale. He stayed in touch and helped me out. Very different from your typical car salesman experience where after the sale you have no contact. Simon and Portia were wonderful. the vehicle was ready for pick up, no hassles, no problems. Todd in finance was awesome and Matthew the Sales Manager was extremely helpful. the tech person was terrific. I highly recommend them. I have owned Mercedes Benz since 1979. I have owned many different models over the years. I have purchased and serviced vehicles from dealers in Seattle to Beverly Hills. I would rank Arrowhead's service and sales as one of the best.

Maricella, in the parts dept. is an amazing person! She knows her way around parts, & she provided me with excellent service, compassion & knowledge. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Everyday Maricella would either call or text me with the status of my back ordered part. She messaged the part technician & stayed on top of it, until the part arrived, which was very fast. Maricella is as sweet as they come. She’s a delightful person, who brings 16 years experience to this dealership. They are lucky & blessed to have Maricella onboard! Connor, the service advisor is also awesome! He arranged to have my vehicle repaired the very next day! He was very kind & knowledgeable.
