I did not purchase my Mazda from Horne-Tempe, but I have been doing all of my maintenance with them for the past seven years and am really pleased with their service department. They do a great job of getting me in and out quickly, end I never feel pressured to purchase additional services. Recently, I needed repairs done that required my service rep, Bailey, having to work with my MPP warranty, which was a bit of a pain for him. He was great at keeping me in the loop, and as the work would take a few days, he provided me with their latest model CX-50 as a loaner. I’ll continue to be a Horne Mazda-Tempe customer for the foreseeable future.

So the good news is this dealership is closed. My last service visit for an oil change resulted in the service advisor coming out to the customer lounge to tell me the car needed a number of service items. When I pointed out three of those recommended service were completed at my prior visit with them, the service advisor excused himself. Fifteen minutes later he tells me the mechanic failed to check their computer records. What a load of “bull”.
