Bill Luke did not disappoint. After dealing with the horrors of other local dealerships and having two deals fall through, I was reluctant to even buy my car from a dealership. I found the exact car that I wanted online and called Bill Luke. Jacob from internet sales, helped me. He was awesome. I told him exactly what I wanted and he assured me that they could make that happen. I told him I did not wanna haggle once I got there. I told Jacob I wanted this to be a good experience. No going back-and-forth. He totally delivered on this promise. He set me up with Chandler. Chandler was amazing. He accompanied me on a test drive. We laughed and joked and had a great time. I test drove the vehicle. Fell in love with it. By the time I got back from the test drive, my paperwork is ready to sign. Full transparency. Cash deal. No dealer adds. Exactly what they promised… So I sat down with Christian. He helped me with all of the paperwork. He was awesome. I told him of my horrible experiences with Bell Honda. He listened and agreed that they suck. It’s nice to feel listened to and supported in your struggle. I had had a horrible week and these guys were just what I needed. Paperwork took just a few minutes. Super easy to do with their awesome digital desk screen thingy. Cool feature. The next day, I was stuck at work and let Chandler know that I would be in a little later to pick up my car. He was so sweet! He offered to bring it to me. An hour later, Chandler showed up at my building with keys, New car parked at valet. It was awesome. 180 from any experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. I highly recommend Bill Luke and this is coming from someone who despises dealerships. Every person I dealt with was professional and fun to deal with. It’s no wonder they’ve been in business since 1927. Keep it up. Bill Luke is the ONLY dealership in the valley that I would recommend and I just shopped for cars for three months solid. They’re a pleasure to work with.

I recently bought a Fiat 500e and brought my car in for service. One item was for a window that didn’t work properly. I was informed was the window regulator which is a notorious issue with these cars. The window was completely rolled up and stayed in position. They made some other recommendations and I had one of those completed. I told them to hold off on the other items and would schedule each of those in the future as they were not critical items.. Upon picking the car up, the service advisor NEGLIGENTLY and stupidly attempted to roll the window down twice, causing a catastrophic failure resulting in the window requiring tape in order to hold it fully closed. He then lied and said he did not do it even though I saw him ouch the window button. (Suggested fix: I pay $190 for the part and they will fix it or I can buy the part somewhere else and pay them $299.99 for labor to install it!) This was not an item that needed to be fixed immediately, however it is now. They also caused the steering column shroud to be completely knocked loose and detach from itself and now it is not seated properly and rattles. This was not one of the problems (fully attached and no rattle) the car had when I brought it in, but John Kenney stated it was a pre-existing condition that every Fiat 500 has and it would cost $125 for the part plus labor to repair it. They are refusing to properly repair the issues they caused. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN!!

First of all, I went into their location right at Christmas of 2019 to buy the car that I have always wanted. They sell it to me with no issues. Then a couple of weeks go by and I try to reach out to the credit union who has my loan and set up auto payments. But to them I do not exist. There is no loan on my credit anywhere for this car. SO, I call the dealership AND email them repeatedly. Leave messages and everything. No response. I finally had to go in to find out what was going on. 2 months later.Oh We missed a couple of signatures. Here u go. Everything is fine now. But by this time I had already been expired by 10 days on my temp registration. I have to specifically ask for new registration because they were not going to give me a new temp tags. BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE. I then go to their service department to get my oil changed and tires rotated. BUT they did not put the wheel lock key in the car when they sold it to me so they could not rotate the wheels. If I Theyhad a tire blow in the mean time, my car would be completely trashed because they would have to cut the tire off to replace it. then told me I can go to Volvo and buy new locks and have the old ones removed and they would reimburse me. Mind you they are across the street from each other. Then the person I was working with the whole time told me I could go across the street and get the receipt for the new wheel locks and extraction and they would deduct that cost from my oil change and tire rotation. Just in the amount of time for me to walk across the parking lot and the service advisor Bert told me he would need something from them to give him permission to do that. So I said call him. So he did and literally as long as it took me to cross the parking lot, he said oh no, we can't do that. We will cut you a check. So now I will be going across the street, getting more work don't just to come back and be reimbursed. ALSO AutoNation has a 4000 mile warranty on all used cars. The rear wheel sqeaks when I hit bumps so I asked them to look at it. Sure for 150$ we will do a visual inspection and tell u if it's covered. A visual inspection? Do u mean lift it up and put a flashlight on it? Yup. For 150$? Yup. Needless to say, I will not be returning to any AutoNation. And when people ask where I got my awesome car I will tell them somewhere else.
