Time to service the vehicle was reasonable. Upon arriving I presented an email with a $199 special for Service A. After leaving, I returned to the dealer because they charged me $591.96. The “manager” offered coupons/voucher instead of a refund. After some discussion, a credit refund was processed. Instead of refund of $391.97, I received a refund of 199.99 which is the amount I should have been charged for the service. Never assume paperwork is correct, always review..
