I had numerous issues with seekins Ford. And it always is the service department. You have a vehicle with warranty but can never get it serviced in a timely manner had to wait a month for transmission issue. Get the truck there for appointment and don’t actually 4 day later, had to call them for an update, told me need a new valve body and had it instock (Monday) didn’t hear nothing from them had to call and left messages no one returned my call. Had to drive there to get an update(Frida). Apparently need an update to the computer in order to finish install but won’t take update and had to wait for Ford HQ to send a new update. Now on Monday call multiple time and no one answers the phone this has been my experience every time I call the service department. finally get them to answer and once again the new update for Ford HQ is not working and tells me it will still be a few days or more. My question when scheduled me an appointment on 15th but don’t start looking/working on it until 19th Than once they know what’s wrong stops working on it, and wait until the 23rd to work on it. Feel to me a complete incompetent service department that is not thinking of the customer and extreme lack in customer service. Also seekins ford turned off their reviews and recommendations on facebook i believe because they don’t care about their customers and want to fix the issues in their establishment. i challenge seekins ford to show they care and respond to this post.
