I usually dont leave reviews but this time i want everyone to know about my recent experience with their service @ this dealership. I purchased my vehicle brand new knowing i dont have to deal with breakdown in the middle of winter in Alaska especially thinking its brand new. I purchased 2022 Kia Telluride with zero miles and I am the first owner at this dealership last year. Just last Sunday, February 4, 2024. My family and I was on the game in Anchorage and after the game it was snowing outside and it was cold. As we we’re leaving the Ben Boeke Parking lot my car wont run more than 8mph and the brake will auto brake. So i pulled over just a few ft from our original parking, waited 10 minutes (car engine is off) imagine cold outside. Then i started again and start driving and I was able to get out of the parking lot and merge into the highway then auto brake starting again when I pushed the gas pedal at 7mph. I can only run 6mph (not exageration). Make my story short. I was able to drive to the kia dealer in anchorage after cops pulled me over and helped me get to the kia dealer after hours as it was closed that day. This is my only source of commute from the valley where i live and to anchorage (monday to thursday)/every week. Then i got a text the following day (Monday) after leaving them a voicemail that they wont be able to look at my car till the end of the week. Imagine my respond being frustrated with a brand new car. I requested to put me on the rental car and Hannah told me that I am on the 8th list. How am i suppose to work and pay my bills without a car? No respond until the following day that they ordered a throttle body as need to be replace and it will take 1.5weeks to get the parts. I of course not happy about the news and all she can say is that to put me on a loan vehicle and it will be on the waiting list AGAIN! without work for a week now and no one reached out about the rental vehicles that I am suppose to have as they promised. I can understand car break down but come on people I have to feed my family and pay my bills give me something to work on here. You guys have my car for almost a week now and what do i get in return? Being ignored! Not good customer service and definitely not recommending the service on this location. My car being under powertrain warranty with 27k only miles on it not my fault and u guys should provide me with at least a rental car so that i can work/school!
The reason why i left this reviews so that the General Manager is aware and maybe something can be done. I know u guys can order that parts with a 2 days but u guys wanted to save and not knowing there’s someone on the line that need their car fix. Today is February 9, 2024.
