I have been coming here for nearly 20 years. The new service manager/general manager team have made this dealership much worse and not centered on the customer. My wife and I bought our Silverado here and are looking at buying a new one next year. We had no doubts as to where we would buy from until they changed and now are looking elsewhere. You can walk around the sales area, and you will not even be greeted. The service department is totally centered on profit for the day and have no interest on long term relationships. Prior to this new team, the team in service knew your name when you dropped bye with a question and were happy to assist you. Now it's just give us your money and get the xxxx out.

I called in the afternoon on a Monday with a bad oil leak, Mike and his crew squeezed me in and done with the oil change however there was an oil pipe leak/failure so Augustus and Mike worked together to repair my car by the next night! Jose gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Thank you Chevrolet South Anchorage!!!
