I have been coming here for nearly 20 years. The new service manager/general manager team have made this dealership much worse and not centered on the customer. My wife and I bought our Silverado here and are looking at buying a new one next year. We had no doubts as to where we would buy from until they changed and now are looking elsewhere. You can walk around the sales area, and you will not even be greeted. The service department is totally centered on profit for the day and have no interest on long term relationships. Prior to this new team, the team in service knew your name when you dropped bye with a question and were happy to assist you. Now it's just give us your money and get the xxxx out.

This place never ceases to disappoint. I had an appointment scheduled for a recall, when I got there Sabrina let me know that I was there for a CPU update. I scheduled the appointment for a Towing recall. Sabrina said that they had to order parts for that, and it would take 3-4 weeks. I figured I was there I would get the CPU update. When I scheduled the appointment, I said I would be waiting for my vehicle. Sabrina told me it would be an all-day process and offered a shuttle and stated that they did not have me down for "Waiting" and that the place that schedules their service isn't even in the same state. I asked if I could leave and just get them both done at once. She said yes and I said quote "Make sure to put me down as WAITING on vehicle". She said she did and scheduled me a month later for the updates/Towing recall. I get to the dealership and start to check in. The lady tells me they will call me when it is ready, I said no that I told Sabrina I would be waiting, she said "We don't have you down as waiting", agitated I said ok can I get a ride? The lady said "our shuttle driver is on vacation so we can't offer any rides" I asked if anyone could give me a ride and was met with "Not our problem, you can take your vehicle and schedule for another day". Seeing as I waited a total of two months for this appointment, this was not an option. As I looked to my right there was another lady desperately trying to speak to a manger who was giving the customer the runaround. That is when I realized they treat everybody poorly. I, along with this other person had BRAND NEW vehicles and were being treated like "We got your money, go pound sand". I decided to take an UBER home and wait for my vehicle. I took an UBER back for a total of around $35.00 for recall work to my brand new truck. When picking my vehicle up NO explanation to the services performed were given. The service at this place is abysmal. I have yet to have a good experience at this dealership. I currently have the truck for sale just so I don't have to deal with this place anymore. You would be better off taking your vehicle ANYWHERE else.

I called in the afternoon on a Monday with a bad oil leak, Mike and his crew squeezed me in and done with the oil change however there was an oil pipe leak/failure so Augustus and Mike worked together to repair my car by the next night! Jose gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Thank you Chevrolet South Anchorage!!!
