We have bought vehicles from this dealership before and we're very pleased. Because of this we returned for another vehicle. We met with salesman Chris Tieni. Chris was awesome. He was professional and friendly. He was not pushy at all and was respectful and knowledgeable. We also met with Oliver and James (Jimmy) who handled finance and service contract options. We got a very fair trade in offer and out the door purchase price. Everything involved in the process was top notch and was a great experience. Just like before. We will continue to buy our vehicles from this dealership. We recommend anyone looking for a great vehicle and personalized service to visit. They will provide you with quality service, great vehicles, fair prices, and great deals. Chris is the salesman to ask for. Super nice guy, and knows his job. I paid Mike Hatch to install a hitch, brake controller, and wiring. His mechanic did a good job on the installation, but only did part of the wiring. While on a trip I had to have another mechanic finish the job. Mike would only refund a tiny portion of his original bill, but in my eyes, Mike's slip-up caused me damages in the full amount of the other mechanic's bill, which was for a couple shop hours and a couple parts. I was unsatisfied with the way Mike handled the situation.
