I give Genesis of Auburn 5 stars because of their personnel - courteous, honest, sincere and knowledgeable. Most important, they understood that I just could not ethically pay their $900 "documentation" fee (which is no more than price gouging), and found a way around that. Ownership needs to understand that this fee stands in the way of their reputation and is not worth it in the long run. I complained about this with a different dealership and have received over 5,000 "LIKES" so far - it is really a win-win if you GET RID of this fee!

I was planning to trade my Mercedes in at another dealership when a service light came on. I went to the Irondale campus for service and while waiting bumped into Kim Gancayco in the used vehicle lot. She really listened to why I was there that day and jumped in with alternative solutions, without any pressure. Long story short, I traded for a Camry in great shape for my son. I also ended up trading my wife’s lease in early for an incredible GLE53. Two in one day! Tyler Williams in finance was also incredible. No hard sells, just smart conversations about covering yourself from repair risk. He really listened to what we needed and found the right products for both my son and my wife, which were different. Extremely pleased with the dealership, from the greeters to the closers. I would highly recommend the Irondale campus. Ask for Kim Gancayco and Tyler Williams!

Highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Mr Antwoine Perkins at the Montgomery location in early March 2024. I didn’t think I would be approved due to my credit and I had a trade in that I didn’t think would be acceptable. But he really seemed to care and even gave me advice about how to better my credit for the future. He got me in a great vehicle and accepted my trade in. The customer service was great and the entire staff was friendly. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
