Not only did they awesome technician Tommy find the wiring issue and repair it, they also repaired a loose piece of trim and gave us a new extra key. Jamie in the Service Department is an absolute pleasure to deal with and both are to be commended. Team One Dodge has restored my faith in auto dealerships.

The other staff, I am sorry I can’t remember his name but he drove me to get my rental was very kind and friendly as well. Dawn at the rental center was truly amazing as well. I bought a part on 5/6/24 in the amount of 1405.53. Turns out I didn’t need the part and returned it ( Unopened) on 5/7/24 and they would only refund me 80% of the cost to purchase. They refunded me 1155.53. I then asked about the 3% they charged me to use my credit card and they stated that they don’t refund any of that amount. So in all they stole 292.17 from me. Lesson learned, you will never get another opportunity at my business.

While in Gulf Shores my engine light came on, and I had my car towed to the nearest dealer which was Eastern Shore Hyundai in Daphne, Alabama. It was close to closing time when we got there, but Sam Oldham, the service manager, went out of his way to help me get my issue, taken care of. He ran a diagnosis and discovered the problem, giving me a couple of options. They could order the parts and probably have it ready before I left Alabama or he considered it very safe to drive with no damage to the car and have it fixed whenever got back home in Nashville. Based on his recommendation that I would not harm the vehicle in driving it, I selected to wait until I got back home. Sam Oldham and his staff was very professional and accommodating and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sam for helping me take care of my Tucson issue and getting me back on the road again. I have been going to this dealership for years! I take my challenger, that I also bought from Chrysler, for any needs and the service techs always solve it and the sales people always make sure I don’t want to trade in or anything! It’s a great environment and they’re always on top to tell you updates and length of times for waiting so you’re comfortable either in the waiting area or your home. I was there last week and waited an hour or 2 and the staff was so great with my 1-year old and making me feel welcomed plus my car was fixed up perfectly. I’ve seen personally, service techs come and get the guests to update them on their vehicle so they know what’s going on each step of the way on every service. I was also shown this app to help pay what I owed in monthly installments and in today’s economy that is a lifesaver. You and your vehicle should want to be cared for properly by real everyday people and with that being said I recommend this shop/dealership all day long! :)
