I have used their service department almost exclusively - JR

I have used their service department almost exclusively for my vehicle since I purchased it from them new. I decided to try a new place to change my oil. I watched the mechanic remove the drain plug, call over another mechanic, then walk in to talk to me. The plug was stripped at the top. They walked me to my vehicle had let me look at the oil pan drain. It was half stripped. Did Lynch mention this to me? No. So, they stripped the plug and the drain on one of the last few visits and decided to try to hide their mistake? Or just ignore it, hoping it would go away? Had this been the first issue with the service department, I might look at it differently, but it is not. I am extremely unhappy with them.

Car is only a few months old and both seats are ripping. Service blamed it on clothes. Over the years, my family has bought 15 cars from the dealership and it will not happen again. Very unhappy and they do not care one bit.

Our Toyota Highlander stopped working while traveling through Tuscaloosa. We found the service department to be extremely friendly and helpful. They jumped right in to try to fix our car since we were out-of-town travelers.
