I arrived about 10 minutes before the service department opened and was concerned that I would have to wait for check-in because I was fifth or sixth in line. I was amazed that the line moved so quickly that once the doors opened, we all drove right in and had a service advisor waiting. Plus, free breakfast was available!

Came in for a recall and to get the paint protection coat applied on my vehicle. Anthony Fields, the Service Advisor, really came through for me—hooked me up with a free detail! I was fully expecting to have to pay to get the outside cleaned before they could apply the protection, but he made it happen at no extra cost. Super chill, super helpful. 10/10 service. Hope this free detail thing keeps happening because I am not complaining!

Was told that my car had a recall and that I would have to pay for the recall fix since my car was out of the 3 year/36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. This is of course COMPLETE xx since the GM issued recall is paid for by GM. These are the petty tactics used by your average "Crime Family". It's just amazing what many companies think they can get away with these days. My advice is: Don't do business with criminals. Stealing is stealing regardless of how you go about it.
