I was in for service on January 19. - Dreempoodles1
I was in for service on January 19. I felt like I was taken advantage of. I needed my shore power replaced. It took them about 15 minutes actual time and I was charged 142.50. Parts on Amazon that were used would total 106.42. They charged me 207.69. (not quite a 100% markup. but I know they also purchase parts wholesale, not off Amazon) Tack on environmental fees (9.21) and "supplies" (28.50) and my total before tax was 350.19. While I appreciate this is a brick and mortar building, it also took me about 20 minutes to get the box back that I bought the parts in. And not an easy check-out. Oh, and I did also get a "discount" by "joining" Good Sam with them. I wonder what it would have costs if I had not spend that other money. All in all, If I can avoid setting foot in any of their dealershps again, I will do that.
I updated from 1 star to 3. National service center has promised to refund me half my charges. I hope I see the money.
