Thank you for having wonderful dealership. Your service department is full of experienced hones employees, especially Mr. David Northcutt his knowledge of Sprinter Vans is amazing. The service department - Mrs. Juliett Watkins immediately attended to my needs and assured me that I would be able to continue with my visit to Birmingham Bowl. Mr. Deon Grant made sure that at all times I was taken care by shuttling me back-and-forth from my hotel during the two days that it took to fix my van. I cannot express the gratitude that I have for Mercedes Benz of Birmingham and my only regrets is not being near this dealership. Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.

The service department is rude and does not fix problems they create them and the management are unapologetic. Brock true colors don’t come out before you bring the car but after she is rude and after getting my car back their were more problems than before I only needed a battery which the change the price on three times and now I am getting all types of lights on my car and now they want another $4000 for something they broke. Tallahasse is great but Dothan service breaks more than they fix. I highly do not recommend Dothan AL service department. They takes your money and ruin your day with the don’t care attitude.

We are Canadians travelling with a RV built on a Sprinter 2500 2022. We dropped by on a Monday morning to show an oil leak under the hood. Tony Bishop, one of the Service Advisor, took care of us and our issues with the Sprinter in a professional manner that I never seen before. One of the best customer service that I never seen. Thumbs up MB of Mobile and Tony for the outstanding service!!
