Just left on a 200 mile trip in my 2003 F250 diesel towing a 25 ft. gooseneck with 6 tons of tractor on a hot Summer day. Got my two big farm dogs with me. The engine light comes on and the next town was Athens. They were convient to the crossroads of Hwy 72 and I65. So I pulled in with this rig and found room to park. They said drop the trailer and pulled it in right away. Well a sensor went bad and caused the problem. They got water for my dogs and had me on my way in about 30 minutes, no charge. This is the way people used to be to each other. If my farm truck ever wears out, I'll stop there first.

My original rating for this dealership was a 5. They repaired the sunroof and all went smooth. However, the sunroof now leaks an enormous amount. They were supposed to pick up the truck and fix it yesterday. That did not happen. When I called, I was told they would get to it when they could. Greg, the sales manager, was less than accommodating. I would now recommend you seek elsewhere for your vehicles.

We bought a brand new F-150 Lariat for three weeks, and they have had it in the shop for one and haven’t even looked at it. The truck had flat spots so they were supposed to change the tires but apparently JT hasn’t been at work so nothing can get done, no one else knows what to do. We have called multiple, multiple times just to get an update and all we get is “We will call you back”. The sales department was ok but this has been a nightmare trying to get a hold of someone when the app is telling us the truck hasn’t even been moved since we dropped it off. I would understand if there was communication, or they found something else wrong but a week that they haven’t even looked at the tires is ridiculous. I am beyond frustrated and would not recommend this dealership if you like communication or having the truck you just paid for to work properly. 1/10

By far the absolute best experience I have ever had in getting repairs on my 2019 F150 King Ranch. From the General manager Tony Russell to the service manager Terry Reese. I was taken great care and I didn't even buy my truck from them. Sunny King is the best of the best and will always be my first stop when I'm ready for service or to buy another vehicle.

The dealership has changed ownership several times in recent years. The current line up is HORRIBLE! The service manager in particular. He insulted my wife and lied about the work he did to my vehicle. My brand new vehicle, I'd only had for six months was requiring repairs. Based on what I've seen I would not buy or have anything serviced from these people they are incompetent and rude. Makes me regret buying a having traded a Hyundai for a Ford.

Totally unprofessional! My Jeep's A/C began to blow hot air. The person at the service desk stated that "we need 2 hours to fix the problem". After only 30 minutes the car was fixed, but the bill was for all of the 2 hours labor. I spoke with the service manager, and he stated that the fee "was basically a minimum service fee" even though I was quoted a price based on the 2 hours to fix the problem. I asked to speak with another person up the line in management and the sales manager came out. He was exceptionally rude, aggressive, and very argumentative. Needless to say, even after years of being a customer, I will not return to Tallassee CJD.

Took my newly purchased used F250 to Tony Serra Ford to have some "we owe you" work completed. Not only was the "we owe you" work done timely and properly Colton took care of a couple of recalls that I ask about. He worked it out to have them done today while I was there. I really appreciate how he took the time to chase down the parts and schedule the additional work on the same day keeping me from having to use my vacation time to come back and compete the task. GREAT JOB today at Tony Serra Ford Service Team and Colton !!! I WILL BE BACK !!!

I recently had extensive repairs on my 2021 F150, during which it was discovered that my motor had been severely mistreated by it's previous owner. The service department did a magnificent job of working with my warranty company, keeping me informed, and providing professional and expeditious work. I highly recommend their services, and intend to utilize the services of this dealership both for auto service and vehicle purchases in the future. Thanks again!

I had a problem with my tailgate on a 2015 F150 that I thought was a warranty issue. I initially took my vehicle to another Ford dealership located south of Bham. They took pictures and said that they would send it to Ford Warranty for approval and would take about 24 hours to get an answer. After three working days, I did not heat from them so I called and left a message. I never received a return call so I decided to take my truck to Town and Country. Mr. Posey looked at the issue and also took pictures and said he would have to get approval from Ford to correct the problem under warranty. He called me the next day and said they it was not approved, but he indicated that he would plea our case again. The following day, he called and said that Ford agreed to fix the problem under warranty. The problem was corrected to my satisfaction. What stood out to me was that Mr. Posey was willing to be an advocate for me in resolving this problem. He could have ignored me like the other dealership did, but he chose to do the right thing and take care of the customer. I will take all my business to Town and Country Ford for now on. JA
