UPDATE!!!!! Today I was contacted by the sales manager at Basswood Dodge here in Ft. Payne, AL. He was great. He offered me an apology for the way I was treated and 100% made it right in my mind. He personally guaranteed me that no one's car would leave the service department of Basswood Dodge with greasy hand prints all over it. I have to say, I sure appreciate the folks at Basswood going out of their way today to provide superior customer service. I'd have no problem buying or servicing a vehicle there in the future. Thanks Basswood Dodge!! Stay away!!!!!!! I have a very nice 2022 Dodge Challenger. She's a beautiful car and I go to great lengths to keep it that way, to include monthly professional detailing and keeping her garaged. I went to Basswood Dodge in FT. Payne, AL for an oil change and tire rotation. When I paid and got my car I didn't notice the massive amounts of greasy hand prints all over it, but when I did I went back and talked to the service manager. He didn't care one bit. He asked me if I wanted it wiped off with a rag. Seriously. Zero customer service. I have no confidence that this place even serviced my vehicle correctly and definitely will not take her back. Common courtesy, gone. Civility, gone. Customer service, zero. My business and the business of folks I know, definitely gone. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Don't take your vehicle here, they're dishonest and uncaring. Definitely don't deserve your money. Stay away!

Our car was taken in and treated like new.(2014 328i). We were kept up to date numerous times and had ZERO problems getting scheduled. The Service Department was a pleasure to deal with. Rick Smith was great with communication and was always on top of the situations. Mike Merz the mechanic came out and personally walked me through the process of what was done. He walked me through what was happening and the detail was incredible. This is the first time I have ever dealt with a dealer for service, based on usually having friends who can fix anything, however with the time and concern Courtesy GMC Service Department showed me, I will be using them for many years to come.
