I wasn’t intending to get a new car when I visited Nissan for a repair on 8/11. The repair was going to be costly so decided to trade instead. Gunner found me a vehicle I’m happy with. We test drove 2 cars and decided on the Hyundai Tucson. He explained all features of car. Sylacauga Nissan is lucky to have Gunner- a go getter!! The wait was a little long but otherwise the experience went well.

I can’t say enough about the level of service I received today from Mr. Larry Davis and Christian Key who did the work and Ashtyn Eisenhower who set up my appointment. Everything went perfectly. I also had the chance to meet up with the salesperson who originally sold me the vehicle, Lonnie Reaser to thank him for the great experience. When I need my next new Chevy, I’m coming back!

We bought a brand new F-150 Lariat for three weeks, and they have had it in the shop for one and haven’t even looked at it. The truck had flat spots so they were supposed to change the tires but apparently JT hasn’t been at work so nothing can get done, no one else knows what to do. We have called multiple, multiple times just to get an update and all we get is “We will call you back”. The sales department was ok but this has been a nightmare trying to get a hold of someone when the app is telling us the truck hasn’t even been moved since we dropped it off. I would understand if there was communication, or they found something else wrong but a week that they haven’t even looked at the tires is ridiculous. I am beyond frustrated and would not recommend this dealership if you like communication or having the truck you just paid for to work properly. 1/10
