I had a horrible experience with this dealership, particularly with the Service Department. It takes weeks/months to get a service appointment (even if your vehicle is inoperable), they rarely have loaners (even when willing to wait for one), and they failed to fix the issue with my vehicle during the warranty period (which caused me to have several thousand dollars in subsequent repair efforts). I also asked the Sales Department to assess the vehicle for a trade-in while it was there, but they never coordinated it with the Service department. drive to the Huntsville Porsche dealership - They we’re excellent!

5 star for service 1 Star for sales. Buy your Porsche from someone else and service it there. My interaction with the sales manager while having my 2020 Porsche 911 Cabrera S serviced was extremely disappointing as he became involved in a warranty question I had. Long story but his attitude was arrogant and, in my opinion, very unprofessional. He needs to be somewhere in the back room rather than talking to prospects or customers. Sorry, I don’t know his name as he never introduced himself to me. In summary; Service rocks and sales ….. doesn’t.

Supporting the Doers This is a shout-out for Gary Pearman and his team at Ray Pearman Lincoln, Huntsville, AL. Although my 2022 Corsair was accidentally damaged with paint scratches during service, Gary stood behind their commitment of quality customer service and paid for a detailer to restore the vehicle condition to like-new appearance. I am totally impressed that I can trust this dealership to do the right thing in a timely manner. Many thanks to Gary and his team, and I hope they are blessed with great success!
