Made a deal on a used vehicle with a professional and personable associate via text. Went in to sign papers and another man reneged on the deal. Could've still purchased at the asking price, but don't trust a dealer that breaks a deal. Also noticed the carfax on the other man's desk for the vehicle showed approximately 16000 miles more than their site listed. Also ran an unauthorized hard inquiry on my credit. I already had financing lined up and had told them as much.

Jamey Vickers was the absolute BEST salesperson! I was a bit of a pain to work with because I am also a bit of a control freak. But he always stayed with me and listened when I told him what I wanted. He really worked hard to find me what I wanted and was patient with me while I made a decision. He also made sure to come in on his off day for the vehicle delivery (I was able to get all paperwork done offsite, which was a plus). I wouldn't want to work with ANYONE else! Thanks, Jamey! :)
