Wonderful buying experience, we were in and out from 1:30 pm to 3 pm. We did a quick test drive, knew what we were looking for and Elmer helped us with establishing something we were comfortable with and budget in mind. He was also sweet and a true gentleman. Everyone in there was kind and treated us like family. I have the most respect for this kind of facility. Beware! They will make repairs, you clearly stated you did not want done and the service advisor stated on phone did not need to be done. I was charged for these then told by the service advisor, that’s not what he understood. All work done was unsatisfactory. The engine light was back on after leaving dealership. If you’re a woman without auto service knowledge, I would not trust Barkley. I will not return in fear of being taken advantage of again.

Purchased 2014 Buick lacrosse that I veiwed on line. Traded my 2013 Avalon and was able to negotiate all the details thru email and saved a lot of time prior to arriving at the dealership. New car was all as discussed and trade in value was at a fair market value wholesale. Great experience of an on line purchase. Dealer was located 100 miles from home and worth the trip. Alice Ricks was the sales professional and provided all the details I needed to feel comfortable to make the purchase with GlennSmith Buick.
